Don't make cooking an exact science - that's just boring

Garlic sauce

This is a quick and easy recipe for making garlic sauce. Use as a spread for toasties, a dip for nachos or a condiment for your burgers. What I love about this recipe is that it just shows that you don’t have to miss out on things like this as a vegan. I use both soya and almond yogurt as an alternative to mayonnaise, sour cream and dairy yogurt, which a garlic dip would typically be made from. But this alternative is just as good. I challenge any non-vegan to tell me it doesn’t meet expectations ;p
